Admission Form can be obtained personally from the office of The Managing Director, AUAMC & ACN Hospital, Gulmarg Complex, Purani Chungi, Anoopshahr Road, Aligarh or any of the associate office on cash payment of Rs. 250/- or can be obtained through registered post by sending Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Aligarh Institute of Para-Medical Sciences payable at Aligarh.
Eligibility For Admission
- Students must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission and should not exceed the age of 35 years.
- Admission will open twice in a year.
- Student should be sound health – physically and mentally.
- Admission will be on merit basis and interview except for the seats reserved for the special categories.
Requirement for Admission
- Application form dully filled & signed.
- 4 Passport size photo graphs.
- Attested Photo copies of Degree/ Certificates of Academic Qualification including qualifying examination.
- Admission card duly filled.
- Amount of Fee (as mentioned in Prospectus)
- Original documents for verification.
